All projects are subject to individual contracts specifying scope, timeline, and payment terms. Work begins only after signed agreement and initial payment.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.
Custom solutions developed for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment. Generic tools and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
